Job Description
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads by prospecting via phone, email, and social media. You will be helping us set up meetings by reaching out to potential customers in the Nordics. You will be provided with access to critical tools, platforms, and relevant data to help you become successful in prospecting and booking meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Taking on social and email marketing to generate product awareness.
- Using SalesLoft to contact prospects by phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Generating opportunities and booking qualified sales meetings between key client decision-makers and members of our Account Executive team.
- Prospecting for new potential customers.
- Updating Salesforce CRM continuously.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Sales savvy: You need to be good at building relations and engaging in honest conversations with strangers over the phone. We are looking for a candidate who is patient and committed to identifying and qualifying the needs of our future customers.
- Communication skills: Having knowledge about SaaS selling, backup solutions, or data security and being able to articulate it will be a strong advantage for this position.
- Collaboration: We win as a team. In order to bring in new customers, we must be capable of collaborating across the organization. This includes our Channel Sales, Account Executives, SDR, marketing, Customer Success, and Product Development teams.
- Language: You will be connecting with customers in the Nordic market. Fluent speaking and writing in Danish is therefore essential to succeed in the role.
