We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Director, Enterprise to drive successful sales strategies and deliver exceptional value to our customers in the UK Healthcare market.

The Impact You Will Make:
  • You will leverage your expertise in Healthcare, AI, and Analytics to design unique use cases and solutions that demonstrate the transformational value of Teton.ai.
  • You will own and drive the growth of Teton.ai in the largest accounts in the UK Healthcare market, developing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  • You will build relationships with C-level and executive decision makers to close deals and ensure success for all parties.
  • You will excel at complex sales cycles and account planning, providing timely and accurate sales forecasts to management.
  • You will support the broader healthcare and AI transformation goals of your customers through strategic partnerships and professional services.
  • You will collaborate with delivery, operations, and customer success teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our customers.
What We Look For:
  • 10+ years of quota-carrying enterprise software sales experience, preferably in the UK healthcare sector.
  • Proven track record of quota over-achievement when selling complex software and services to Enterprise accounts.
  • Experience driving successful adoption of usage-based subscription services (SaaS).
  • Methods for co-developing business cases and gaining support from C-level Executives.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and process, including Territory and Account planning, MEDDPICC, Challenger Sales, and Command of the Message.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and drive business forward.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and build a network with internal and external stakeholders.
