We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.



Job Description

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our go-to-market strategies and executing plans that make Regulars the top loyalty solution for cafés. You'll work closely with our team, contributing to strategy development, partnerships, and client consultations to build value for Regulars and for our café clients.



Key Responsibilities

  1. Drive GTM strategies and refine outreach to support Regulars' growth.
  2. Conduct market research to spot new growth areas and untapped potential.
  3. Develop partnerships and engage in client consultations with our customer success team.
  4. Shape at least 50% of your responsibilities based on your interests and dream areas.


Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:



  1. Currently studying business, marketing, or related field.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Passion for sales and a genuine interest in driving business growth.
  4. Organized, proactive, and open to working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
