Your Mission:

We're seeking an experienced Sales Growth Strategist to spearhead our German sales efforts. You'll work closely with our German team to identify new opportunities and drive revenue growth in the DACH region.

Your role will involve building strong relationships with public and private organisations in Germany, leveraging your expertise in German business culture and strategic sales techniques. You'll be responsible for managing a pipeline of high-ticket deals, educating stakeholders on our solution, and facilitating the implementation phase of our software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy for the DACH region
  • Manage a pipeline of high-ticket deals with public and private organisations
  • Educate stakeholders on our solution and its benefits
  • Facilitate the implementation phase of our software with clients
  • Collaborate closely with our German team and internal departments
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker with fluent English skills
  • Experience in sales or business development, preferably in the Danish or German software industry
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing sales pipelines
  • Excellent understanding of technology and willingness to learn about our complex product
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
