Net Revenue Growth Strategist

The Net Revenue Manager will play a vital role in realizing Arla's strategies for growth by driving data-driven insights and developing the company's capabilities and technology infrastructure.
This is an exciting period to be joining the Net Revenue Management (NRM) team as we embark on a massive digital transformation journey across our commercial area in European markets. As NRM Manager, you will join the European NRM Centre of Excellence (CoE) that is accountable for achieving ambitious growth and profitability aspirations across the European Zone.
As a key member of the NRM team, you will be responsible for:
- Optimizing processes and codifying ways of working across the European Zone and international markets
- Partnering with local and global senior stakeholders to develop and execute holistic plans that drive sustainable balance of volume, price, and mix growth using outputs from NRM processes
- Supporting markets in their change journey towards a more digitally led future around data and analytics
- Driving own initiatives from idea to execution
- Training Arla commercial teams in NRM philosophies, tools, analysis, and executional tactics to build capabilities across the wider organisation
You will also have the opportunity to continue developing existing NRM methodology with local teams, synthesizing best practice, and sharing those back with markets.

We offer competitive compensation commensurate with experience, including an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and location.
