Job Description:
The Email Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies to accelerate growth, increase funnel conversion, and drive revenue.
This role requires the ability to manage email lists, create and design email templates, and test campaign success.
The successful candidate will also be responsible for developing weekly reports and lead generation strategies, analyzing data to gain insights and suggest improvements.
Segmenting lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions will also be an important aspect of this role.
Additionally, the Email Campaign Manager will coordinate communications, including project plans, launch meetings, co-marketing opportunities, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies to accelerate growth, increase funnel conversion, and drive revenue.
- Manage email lists, create and design email templates, and test campaign success.
- Develop weekly reports and lead generation strategies.
- Analyze data to gain insights and suggest improvements.
- Segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and website interactions.
- Coordinate communications, including project plans, launch meetings, co-marketing opportunities, and performance reporting.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in B2C email marketing and 3-5 years of eCommerce experience.
Past experience with email marketing, SMS, lead nurturing, marketing automation, CRMs, and/or web analytics is highly desirable.
Proficient using marketing automation technology and knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends is essential.
Experience with email automation tools and a sense of ownership and pride in your performance's impact on the company's success is also required.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong interpersonal and communication skills, are necessary for this role.
Able to work with autonomy in a fast-moving startup or hyper-growth environment, the successful candidate will be able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
