About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic professional to join our Regulatory Overview & Assessments team, responsible for analyzing regulatory changes and providing insights to relevant areas within the Nordea Group. As a Regulatory Change Specialist, you will work closely with business areas and group functions to monitor regulatory developments, conduct assessments, and facilitate change management initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Monitoring regulatory changes relevant to business areas or group functions
- Conducting assessments of new or amended regulations on a Group-wide scale
- Facilitating Regulatory Change Forum meetings for business areas and group functions
- Participating in internal development initiatives
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Solid planning and organizing competences
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
- Capability to work independently and proactively solve problems or propose solutions
- Ability to foster a flexible and positive attitude toward change within the unit and value chain, facilitating smooth implementation
Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of Nordea's organizational structure
- Robust knowledge about the legislative process
- Proficiency in comprehending regulatory requirements
- Professional fluency in both written and spoken English and Danish
- Background in regulatory, risk, compliance-related matters, or relevant job experience
What We Offer:
Nordea offers a competitive salary of approximately $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a comprehensive rewards package.
