Your Role and Responsibilities

The position of a Customer Service Specialist at & Other Stories encompasses a variety of responsibilities, each accompanied by numerous rewards. Your key tasks will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service to optimize sales across the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout areas.
  • Understanding store objectives and sales metrics while being knowledgeable about relevant procedures and policies.
