Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide class A service via chat and phone to our daily customer, venue, and courier support.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with our customer support team to develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
  • Fluent in Danish and English.
