Key Responsibilities:
- Provide class A service via chat and phone to our daily customer, venue, and courier support.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our team to ensure that customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with our customer support team to develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
- Fluent in Danish and English.
