About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented student worker to join our dynamic Facility Department team at LEGO Gruppe.

Job Summary

This part-time position involves supporting daily administrative tasks, including purchase orders, work orders, budget management, and system administration. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently, and have experience with systems like Planon and Dalux.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Purchase Orders (PO): Creating and managing POs, pre-approving and aligning POs, and monitoring outstanding POs.
  • Work Orders (WO): Tracking and monitoring WOs, checking completed WOs before goods receipt, and documenting and tracing WOs.
  • Budget Management: Preparing, tracking, and following up on budgets in collaboration with partners.
  • Administrative Tasks: Managing lunch tickets, asset register control, PO generation by assets, monitoring and tracking PO receipts and assignments.
  • System Management: Using and administering Planon, supporting tasks related to Dalux.
  • Support Tasks: Assisting specialists with various tasks, supporting events and gifts for the party committee and department.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should:

  • Be enrolled in an educational institution during your employment as a student worker.
  • Currently pursue a relevant education in administration, finance, facility management, or similar.
  • Be structured, detail-oriented, and responsible.
  • Have strong communication skills and be able to collaborate across teams.
  • Have experience with or be able to quickly learn systems like Planon and Dalux.
  • Be proficient in Excel and other Office programs.
  • Speak and write English at a professional level.

Estimated Salary

Roughly between 30,000 - 50,000 DKK per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
