New Sales Manager for Global Marine and Offshore Operations

Are you a sales professional with a passion for driving new business and a natural hunter instinct? We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in Aarhus, Denmark.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for finding new customers within the Marine sector for our product and aftersales services, including maintenance services, health checks, parts, long-term contracts, and retrofit solutions. You will drive the execution of your Go-To-Market strategy in existing markets and employ enterprise tools and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth.

The role requires you to travel approximately 30-50 days per year and work closely with our global team to create innovative, integrated solutions for the maritime HVAC & R sector. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop new business through excellent client relationships and proactive planning.
  • Manage field sales and in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship selling as well as planning, business development, opportunity, and pipeline management.
  • Drive the execution of your Go-To-Market strategy in existing markets.
  • Employ enterprise tools and value selling concepts to deliver targeted growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing new business through excellent client relationships and proactive planning.
  • Experience in field sales and in-depth knowledge of the complexities of relationship selling as well as planning, business development, opportunity, and pipeline management.
  • Ideally, you will have experience of Salesforce.com CRM application and experience within a large organisation where matrix structures are common.
  • Proven track record of achieving results and closing deals.
  • Great skills within stakeholder analysis, enabling you to identify and build relationships with key decision makers and customers at all levels.
  • High level of spoken and written English.
