Head of Market Management, Denmark

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Market Management to lead our commercial relations in Denmark. As a key member of our Nordic market management team, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth and developing strong relationships with local clients and brokers.
Key Responsibilities- Represent Allianz Commercial as the go-to expert for large corporate and upper mid corporate insurance solutions in the Danish market.
- Develop and implement strategic sales approaches to drive business growth and retention.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a holistic client approach and secure profitable growth.
- Foster long-term relationships with key brokers and clients to build trust and credibility.
- Facilitate brokers' understanding of Allianz Commercial's underwriting appetite and position Allianz Commercial as the preferred insurer.
- Lead and coordinate bids for client acquisition and renewals, ensuring a smooth transition to the operational team.
- Engage proactively with underwriting to identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and manage a structured client pipeline.
- Proven track record in market management within the Danish and/or Nordic large corporate and upper mid corporate insurance market.
- Expertise in driving strategic market management and defining clear client value propositions.
- Strong knowledge of the Danish market and/or Nordic direct clients and broker landscape.
- Success in building long-term relationships and fostering business opportunities across multiple stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to drive profitable business and manage both existing and new business.
- Effective communicator in Danish and English; other Nordic languages are a plus.
- IT-savvy with a focus on process improvement and digital transformation. Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
