What Will Your Day Look Like?

As a Work Management Expert, you will be responsible for providing training, troubleshooting, and system configuration to enhance efficiency across the organization. You will work closely with internal teams to set up, configure, train, and provide ongoing support for collaboration tools.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience using Workfront is highly preferred; otherwise, experience with Jira and Confluence is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles, especially in the context of Workfront.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical issues related to collaboration tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
