About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Project Controller to join our Project Execution area, consisting of approximately 200 highly skilled project employees. As a key member of our Project Controls Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the controlling of large-scale pharma projects, ensuring accurate financial management and reporting, and providing expert advice to project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage project controls at all levels, including financial management, forecasting, and monthly reporting.
  • Lead all financial issues in a holistic perspective, ensuring correct financial management and reporting.
  • Ensure that activities are performed in accordance with project controls procedures.
  • Act as the Project Management's trusted advisor in any aspect of cost, time, and risk.
Requirements
  • Experience as Cost Engineer, Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Senior Cost Controller, or Project Controls Manager.
  • Educational background (min. Bachelor) within Economics or as a technical engineer.
  • +8 years of experience within Project Controls, ideally from the pharmaceutical, biotech, food, or chemical industry.
  • In-depth experience of cost controlling procedures, forecasting, and monthly reporting to customers.
  • Familiar with Project Planning, Project Risk Management, and Tender/Contract Management.
  • Proficiency in using PIMS, NAV, SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Earned Value Management methodology.
  • Fluent in English, spoken and written.
