About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Manager to join our team at Genmab. As a key member of our Development Strategic Sourcing team, you will play a critical role in managing and advising on the end-to-end contracting and outsourcing process for our clinical development areas with external service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the request for outsourcing process and vendor evaluation
  • Enable vendor selection and drive the contract process
  • Manage vendor governance, including performance management and risk mitigation
  • Support category strategies and contribute to the development of outsourcing strategies

Requirements

  • Advanced degree in life sciences or business
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • ≥ 5 years' experience in clinical and/or drug supply in the bio-pharmaceutical industry or from a contract research organization
  • Negotiation and vendor management experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of drug development

  • Skilled communicator with the ability to consolidate and convey information
  • Experience with creating and delivering effective oral presentations
  • Good stakeholder leadership skills, including building trusting relationships
  • Active listener with excellent analytical and documentation skills
