Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure timely, robust, and long-term supply of bioprocessing and raw materials.
- Project Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired companies and assets into the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with mergers and acquisitions, pipeline projects, and strategic sourcing.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to processes to increase efficiencies and reduce costs.
- Education: Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or project portfolio management.
- Skills: Proven track record of successful project and category management, coupled with experience with strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in both spoken and written English.
