About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Strategic Sourcing Director in the Development department at Genmab. This is an exciting opportunity to drive the end-to-end contracting and outsourcing process for development services with external service providers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the contracting and outsourcing process for development services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contracting and outsourcing processes, minimizing risk and cost while ensuring quality and scalability.
  • Build and lead a global team of outsourcing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with senior management to influence and drive business decisions, leveraging expertise in contract management and vendor governance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external service providers, ensuring alignment with Genmab's goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in clinical outsourcing in the bio-pharmaceutical industry or from a contract research organization or other relevant clinical services providers.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and drive business decisions.
  • Experience in process management, with a focus on improving contracting and outsourcing processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results.
  • International experience is preferred.
