Customer Care Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Business Analyst to join our team at GN Group. As a key member of our Customer Service Optimization team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer service experience across the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain PowerBI reports to provide business insights and drive data-driven decision making.
- Structure and align Customer Service processes across the EMEA region to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Digitalize and automate workflows to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
- Support data alignment to ensure transparency of service activities across the EMEA region.
- Identify and implement improvements in systems and processes to enhance customer experience.
- Develop and maintain tools to measure performance against internal KPIs and industry best practices.
- Utilize data to prepare and present reports and make recommendations related to the customer service function.
- Proven experience in developing PowerBI reports and data analysis.
- Experience in process optimization and digital transformation.
- Strong analytical, process management, and planning skills.
- Competence in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio).
- Understanding of SQL queries to extract data from various databases.
- Knowledge about RPA (Robotic Process Automation) implementation would be considered an asset.
- Familiarity with Navision is beneficial.
- Proficient in oral, written, and presentation communication.
- Fluent in local language and English (both written and verbal).
