IT Business Analyst for Research

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Research & Early Development team. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives and supporting the development of innovative IT solutions for our research labs.
Key Responsibilities- Drive projects and promote the implementation of new solutions to support research efforts
- Automate onboarding of new systems to streamline processes
- Act as a sparring partner for digitalization in the laboratories, bridging solutions from Digital Science & Innovation to support research activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, engineering, or computer science
- Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or similar (preferably around 3 years)
- Experience working in a lab setting and understanding of FAIR data principles
- Interest and curiosity in research processes, with a desire to implement innovative IT solutions to support research efforts
- Fluent English, with strong interpersonal skills to work with people across the organization
