Business Analyst for Production Environmental Monitoring System

Production Environmental Monitoring System is a cross-organisational IT system providing Novo Nordisk with environmental monitoring data management. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with an agile team in India and collaborate with Product Owner and Product Architect in Denmark. Your responsibilities will include delivering world-class system improvements and new functionalities, ensuring they meet business requirements.
Your Key Tasks:
- Work Closely with Product Owner: Refine features and clarify stories, defects, and enablers, especially on Super User Communication, ensuring users are up-to-date on new functionalities and relevant information.
- Document User Stories: Use Azure DevOps to document user stories, converting ideas into practical actions, and support users on the journey towards a paperless process by driving changes in new functionality according to business processes.
- Support Labs Operations: Identify bugs or features to be developed in PEMS and collaborate with Line of Business (LoB) on ongoing projects and clarification on change requests.
- Support Deviations and Problem Investigations: Participate in deep dive investigations into system functionalities, business processes, dialogue with software developers, and Quality Advisors to identify impacted areas or functionality, and communicate to stakeholders.
- Take Part in System Releases: Ensure new functionality is in line with LoB requirements, including updates to relevant documentation such as requirements and user guides.
About the Team: You will join our LABS team, a part of Manufacturing IT in Global IT. LABS works on IT systems for Product Supply, developing and improving systems core to laboratory processes in Novo Nordisk. You will participate in operations, maintenance, and development of a global GxP critical IT system, working with colleagues in DK and India, and have ample opportunities for professional sparring and best practice exchanges.
