IT Business Analyst for Research

We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join our Research and Early Development team at Novo Nordisk. As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in driving digital transformation and innovation in our research labs.
Key Responsibilities- Drive projects and promote the implementation of new solutions to support research efforts
- Automate onboarding of new systems to streamline processes
- Act as a sparring partner for digitalization in the laboratories, bridging solutions from Digital Science & Innovation to support research activities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as natural sciences, engineering, computer science, or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst, IT Project Manager, or similar (preferably around 3 years)
- Experience working in a lab setting and understanding of FAIR data principles, either through studies or work, would be advantageous
- Interest and curiosity in research processes in the laboratories, with a desire to implement innovative IT solutions to support research efforts
- Fluent English (written and spoken), with strong interpersonal skills to work with people across the organization, ability to instil confidence and translate user needs to effectively impact the organization
