Job Description

The Global Incentives Coordinator will be responsible for developing and implementing effective incentives strategies to drive business results. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and implement incentives programs to motivate employees and drive business performance
  • Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Executive Board members and HR Business Partners
  • Provide expert advice on incentives matters, including pay transparency, capability building, performance management, and benchmarking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive reward programs

Requirements

  • Master's in Business Administration, Human Resources, or similar relevant academic background
  • 5+ years' experience in the field of Incentives
  • 2+ years' experience in senior stakeholder management
  • Experience in working with global teams is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in relevant HR and compensation systems and tools
  • Experience in project management is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
