Talent Management Expert Opportunity:
Candidatedatabank by 4selection is seeking a seasoned Talent Management Expert to lead our talent strategies across the EMEA region, with a specific focus on the media sector. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the media industry.

About the Job:
We are looking for an experienced professional who can work collaboratively with regional leaders to identify staffing needs and ensure the selection of candidates who align with our organizational culture and objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective talent management strategies and be able to analyze turnover metrics and develop strategies to retain top talent.

Responsibilities:
  1. Talent Acquisition and Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent in the media sector.
  2. Employee Development and Training: Design and oversee professional development programs tailored to the media sector.
  3. Performance Management: Establish and manage performance evaluation processes.
  4. Succession Planning: Identify and develop high-potential employees for key leadership roles.
  5. Employee Engagement and Retention: Implement initiatives to boost employee engagement and satisfaction.
  6. Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the EMEA region.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications in Talent Management or Organizational Development is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years in talent management roles, with at least 5 years focused on the media industry within the EMEA region.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in talent management software and HR analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages prevalent in the EMEA region are advantageous.
