We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Project Manager to join our team of Automation and IT project managers. As a team, we are working on the most recent technology and manage complex automation and IT projects.
Your role will be key in managing some of our existing projects and in identifying ways we can improve our project execution. You will be engaged in the largest API project within Novo Nordisk's portfolio, working with cutting-edge technology that integrates both IT and OT, and coordinating between various stakeholders and disciplines.
Responsibilities- Manage project scope, planning, and budgeting while proactively identifying and mitigating risks
- Lead, motivate, and develop your team, providing feedback to secure continuous improvement
- Work in a team of 34 IT and automation project managers based in Virum and Kalundborg
- You have a degree in engineering or a similar technical background
- You have 7-10 years' experience as a project manager for IT projects
- You hold a project manager certification, IPMA, PMP, SAFe, or similar
