Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of a roster of External Creative Agencies.
  • Establish effective working processes with external agencies to enhance internal teams and handle tasks from strategy to delivery.
  • Accountable for the onboarding process for new creative agencies and resolving disputes on creative service agreements.
  • Collaborate with the resource management team to apply the Creative Agency Roster as a strategic tool in resource planning.
  • Lead the dialogue on agency ranking and categorization with key collaborators.
  • Conduct regular business review meetings with strategic partners to ensure alignment and progress towards The LEGO Group strategy.
