Job DescriptionRole Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Additive Manufacturing team. As a key member of our Equipment Development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality performance of our multi-technology global fleet of 3D printers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Quality performance of a multi-technology global fleet of 3D printers
  • Explore and drive quality improvement initiatives across sites
  • Ensure Quality of processes and documentation
  • Monitor performance via KPI tracking and BI reporting on equipment, identify trends and take action on these
  • Lead Root Cause analysis on complex issues
  • Actively engage with the team to maintain our high quality standard in our ways of working and products
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working with Additive Manufacturing
  • Experience working with metal and/or polymer AM technologies
  • Quality related experience
  • Experience working with data analysis and BI and representing data
  • Ability to comprehend and navigate complex challenges
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and doing root cause analysis
  • Organized and structured approach
  • Proficiency in English written and verbally
