Job Title: Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Additive Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Billund, Denmark. As a key member of our Additive Design & Manufacturing Element Maturing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and maturing Additive Manufacturing (AM) technologies for the production of LEGO Bricks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop production build jobs for AM element maturing
  • Ensure the quality of AM produced parts through testing and data analysis
  • Develop and standardize our AM workflow and its integration to other LEGO processes
  • Build capabilities within DfAM and AM to further expand our AM program
  • Collaborate with internal partners and AM team to secure and improve part quality
  • Mature and scale our production platform focusing on quality and volume
  • Support the exploration and implementation of new software tools to improve and automate processes throughout the AM value chain

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Additive Manufacturing
  • Proven experience with Build Preparation Software such as Materialise Magics
  • Strong CAD Skills
  • Experience working with maturing parts using DFM methodologies
  • Knowledge of polymer AM technologies
  • Proficiency in English written and verbally
