Role Overview

We are seeking an Additive Manufacturing Technical Specialist to join our Engineering & Science team in Billund, Denmark.



Job Description

This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies and develop build jobs based on designs from various customers across the LEGO Group.



  • Collaborate with customers/designers of equipment to improve part printability and cleanability
  • Identify new applications with both existing and new customers
  • Facilitate continuous development of Design for AM capabilities in The LEGO Group
  • Support the continued development of the Equipment Development team
  • Secure efficient workflows and processes within the team


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Strong CAD skills (Siemens NX being an advantage)
  • Analytical skills in analyzing and understanding data
  • Experience with Build Preparation Software such as Materialise Magics
  • Knowledge in metal and/or polymer AM technologies
  • Proficiency in English both verbally and written
