At the LEGO Group, we are seeking an experienced Additive Manufacturing (AM) Quality Engineer to join our Additive Design & Manufacturing Equipment Development team. As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality performance of our global fleet of 3D printers and driving quality improvement initiatives across sites. Your tasks will include ensuring quality of processes and documentation, monitoring performance via KPI tracking and BI reporting on equipment, identifying trends and taking action, leading root cause analysis on complex issues, and actively engaging with the team to maintain our high quality standard in our ways of working and products.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience working with Additive Manufacturing, experience working with metal and/or polymer AM technologies, quality-related experience, experience working with data analysis and BI, and proficiency in English written and verbally. You will be a team-player with excellent communication skills, pro-active and taking initiative, able to work in an ever-changing and challenging environment.

As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality performance of our global fleet of 3D printers, driving quality improvement initiatives across sites, and ensuring quality of processes and documentation. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance via KPI tracking and BI reporting on equipment, identifying trends and taking action, leading root cause analysis on complex issues, and actively engaging with the team to maintain our high quality standard in our ways of working and products.

Based in our office in Billund, Denmark, you will join our Additive Design & Manufacturing Equipment Development team, working across 3 different technologies divided between polymer and metal. We are part of a bigger and diverse team focusing on the research and development of design methodologies and technologies, production technologies, materials, and applications. We are focusing on both metal and polymer AM production for different applications and with different partners.
