Your primary objective will be to design and build a comprehensive monetization strategy that aligns with our company vision and goals. This involves evolving our core B2B offering, monetizing our plans and packages, and exploring new ancillary revenue streams.

To achieve this, you will work closely with our Product and Product Marketing teams to conceptualize, size, and deliver initiatives that drive revenue growth and enhance customer value. You will also research various monetization tactics to identify opportunities for improvement and develop business cases to support implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize our B2B proposition to ensure alignment with customer needs and market competitiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to define feature development and package bundling strategies.
  • Use commercial judgment, analytical skills, and competitor research to ideate new pricing and monetization models.
  • Support the Director of Pricing & Monetization in exploring new revenue opportunities from initial hypothesis to business case development and project delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, industry events, and SaaS players to inform internal efforts and bring an outside-in perspective to the business.
