Job Title: Digital Business Capability Lead/Director

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Digital Business Capability Lead/Director to join our team at Novo Nordisk A/S. As a key member of our Scientific Digital Capabilities department, you will play a critical role in shaping our digital strategy and driving business growth through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver digital solutions that meet business needs and drive customer value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and support for digital initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform digital strategy and drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in drug discovery/research, with a strong background in digital technologies and business strategy.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through digital solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives.
