Strategic Marketing Operations Director

About the Role
GN Store Nord A/S, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking an experienced Strategic Marketing Operations Director to join their North American Marketing Operations Team. This role is central to the running of marketing activities across various brands, sales channels, and markets within the Hearing Division for North America.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for Marketing Operations to ensure alignment with departmental and overall business goals. They will oversee the print and digital content lifecycle, including the implementation of fulfillment portal systems, creation of process documentation, and development of training materials, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for Marketing Operations to ensure alignment with departmental and overall business goals.
- Oversee the print and digital content lifecycle, including the implementation of fulfillment portal systems, creation of process documentation, and development of training materials.
- Evaluate and implement continuous improvement processes to optimize system and process efficiency in collaboration with cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- Manage budgets and monitor project expenses to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external agency partners to create and produce materials that meet brand guidelines and quality expectations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, including the oversight of digital marketing activities.
Requirements
- Demonstrated capability of leading, motivating, and developing team members.

- Skilled communicator building interpersonal relationships at all levels to achieve collective success.
- Ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks, and oversee execution with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with core Microsoft Office Tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.
- Familiarity with and implementation of Project Management Tools such as Asana.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications, Business, or a related field.
