The Job Description:

You will be responsible for driving customer growth through scalable customer success programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute scalable programs for customer understanding and adoption.
  • Monitor usage trends, address adoption gaps, and deliver automated touchpoints (emails, notifications, videos) and in-person touchpoints (webinars, training sessions, and workshops).
  • Socialize customer feedback internally to drive customer advocacy.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of delivering scalable customer success programs.
  • Strong analytical skills—with the ability to interpret data and use insights to improve engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills.
