Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in customer service management, with a minimum of 3 years' experience. Proficiency in Fresh Customer Service Suite and Shopify is highly desirable. You'll be a natural problem-solver, adept at navigating complex situations and finding creative solutions.
