The Customer Acquisition Specialist is a crucial role in driving customer acquisition and conversion across Tekla's digital-first channels. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies that deliver strong ROI and support global growth ambitions.

About the Role
  • You'll lead paid media efforts across key channels, including paid social and SEM, to maximize ROI and support global growth ambitions.
  • You'll collaborate with external agency partners to ensure campaigns align with brand objectives and performance goals.

Main Responsibilities

Data-Driven Decision Making
  • Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Implement a test-and-learn approach to continuously optimize marketing strategies.
  • Advocate for CRM and CDP system enhancements, staying informed on industry developments.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in a digital marketing role, preferably within a D2C or premium/luxury brand.
  • Proficient in performance marketing platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads).
  • Strong ability to interpret data, identify trends, and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • A test-and-learn mentality with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work cross-functionally and manage external agencies.
  • Deep understanding of premium/luxury brand marketing and an ability to balance commercial objectives with brand equity.
