About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at ABB Marine. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading projects from handover in the sales phase to delivery of equipment, commissioning, and final testing. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control projects in accordance with ABB's quality system and procedures
  • Lead project teams to deliver projects of high quality and on time
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation and risk management
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or equivalent
  • Experience as a project manager or a desire to work as a project manager
  • Technical experience with the design of electrical systems or commissioning of such
  • Results-oriented, able to take responsibility and ownership, and a genuine desire to deliver projects of high quality
  • Ability to combine practical and theoretical knowledge when leading projects
  • Good understanding of building a strong team that works together towards common goals
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to see opportunities instead of challenges
