As the Head of Accounting and Controlling, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategy and contributing to our goal of becoming a leading global biopharmaceutical CDMO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial transactions and ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Lead a team of accounting and controlling professionals.
- Manage budgets and forecasts.
- Prepare financial reports and analysis.
- Implement financial systems and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in economics and/or finance.
- 6+ years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of financial processes.
- Hands-on approach.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Proactive and fast-paced environment.
- Solution-oriented approach.
- Communication skills.
- English fluency.
