Your future role at VantiveAs the Remote Account Manager based in our Copenhagen office, you will be responsible for the Nordics, closely collaborating with our Field Sales team.
You will be a key member of the Chronic Kidney Failure Business Unit, actively contributing to our sales through strategic account management handling and building excellent customer relations.
You will be responsible for identifying insights and opportunities throughout the sales cycle and understanding customer needs, to build robust multi-channel key account plans.
Our Field Sales team pride themselves on strong sustainable relationships with our customers, offering an excellent and bespoke service.
Whilst this position is office-based, you will have the possibility to work 1 to 2 days from home per week.
What you'll be doing:- Drive performance of our products through multi-channel selling and retain end-user patients to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals.
- Leverage data sources to analyze and review territory performance and identify territory trends and opportunities.
- Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
- Manage and respond to customer concerns and problems.
- Support the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up.
- Lead price & contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals.
- Deliver on-going product servicing by delivering accurate product information and forecasting and active supply chain management.
- Collaborate with tender & contract departments on managing large scale tender and/or contract sales cycle of their accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Service, Commercial Operations (Pricing) and Finance.
- Excellent clinical knowledge of hemodialysis within hospitals is a must.
- Previous commercial experience (sales, customer service etc.) preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in both Danish and English.
- Dynamic and positive approach to work with a "can do" attitude.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals with customers.
