Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our team at ARKET. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and contributing to creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer interaction is positive and memorable.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Work actively to increase sales and contribute to creating a visually appealing store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product information, including size, fit, materials, garment care, and styling options.
  • Transaction Processing: Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Store Operations: Assist with receiving and processing deliveries, and help prepare for seasonal campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Customer Focus: Demonstrate a passion for providing excellent customer service and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Player: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and create a positive store environment.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a strong understanding of fashion, quality, and sustainability, and be able to communicate this to customers.
  • Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including peak customer days such as Fridays and weekends.

Additional Information

This is a part-time position offering between 13-20 hours a week. As a Sales Advisor, you will be part of a diverse and dynamic team that values quality, sustainability, and customer experience.
