Your Role:

">

As a Global Category Manager for Workplace Services, you will be responsible for developing and implementing category strategies, optimizing workplace services spending, and fostering partnerships. You will also establish governance and supplier relationship management and contribute to the refinement and implementation of procurement strategies, processes, and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Taking overall responsibility for the Workplace Services Category, including the development and execution of category strategies.">
  • Continuously optimizing workplace services spending through value-adding procurement initiatives while maintaining competitive cost levels for the category.">
  • Fostering a strong partnership with Workplace Services and acting as a procurement advisor to proactively identify sourcing opportunities and cost improvement potentials.">
  • Redefining and developing new sourcing metrics and service levels in close collaboration with the Workplace Services Team across all COWI geographies.">
  • Establishing solid governance and Supplier Relationship Management using KPIs and SLAs to enhance supplier performance in service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.">
  • Actively leading and contributing to the refinement and implementation of procurement strategies, processes, and tools.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • A master's degree with 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement in international organizations.">
  • A strong commercial mindset with in-depth knowledge of procurement strategy, tools, techniques, and processes.">
  • Extensive experience in category management for workplace services and stakeholder management.">
  • Excellent negotiation, project management, interpersonal skills, and English language proficiency.">
