About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Account Executive to lead our expansion into the Nordics region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for cultivating new sales opportunities and establishing ourselves as a trusted advisor in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Collaborate with our sales team to implement a tailored sales strategy for the Nordics market, driving growth and revenue.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Establish strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations, promoting our ESG data solutions and understanding their unique challenges and needs.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle: Lead the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, qualification, RFPs, pitch documents, contract negotiations, deal closures, and upsell opportunities.
  • Meet Sales Targets: Achieve and surpass sales targets through the conversion of qualified leads, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Create customer-facing presentations and lead product demonstrations, both online and in-person, showcasing the value of our ESG data solutions.
  • Pricing and Contract Negotiations: Prepare and manage pricing proposals for prospective clients, ensuring seamless contract negotiations and deal closures.
  • Client Onboarding and Support: Ensure a smooth transition from sale to client onboarding, participating in onboarding calls and providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales-related roles within B2B SaaS companies, large software companies, or cloud solutions.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-centric approach, with the ability to establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels within client organizations.
  • Proven Track Record: A proven track record in building, managing, and converting large sales pipelines, with demonstrable success in securing complex, enterprise-level accounts in the Nordics market.
  • Language Skills: Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish).
  • Additional Requirements: Experience with CRM tools, a genuine interest in real estate and environmental issues, and an open-minded, self-starting attitude with a strong sense of ambition and curiosity.
