As a key member of our Assembly Launch team, you will contribute to this mission by providing strategic direction, overseeing daily operations, and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the Launch Team in delivering top-notch training support to our customers.
  2. Maintain close relationships with the Training Project lead, ensuring smooth planning, resource allocation, and task delegation.
  3. Regularly assess and improve team performance, aligning with company objectives and industry best practices.
  4. Develop and maintain project-specific training materials, documenting them in our digital documentation system and training manual.
  5. Advocate for and maintain high training standards throughout the project.
  6. Promote collaboration between departments, including maintenance and stockroom/customer service, to ensure seamless manufacturing processes.

Your Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in ECM processes and a solid grasp of ERP Systems (SAP).
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in document management, tooling, and Vestas processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with expertise in Excel.
  • Proficiency in various tools, including Power Point, Visio, and Microsoft Project.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and spoken communication.
