Role Overview

The selected candidate will deliver field applications support, encompassing both pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance to our extensive customer base, primarily within Denmark and potentially extending to other Nordic regions. This role involves collaborating with customers, sales teams, and product line divisions to identify opportunities and propose tailored solutions that enhance Analog Devices' market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing customer system requirements and proposing suitable solutions utilizing ADI components and technologies.
  • Building and nurturing strong customer relationships, ensuring prompt responses to inquiries.
  • Conducting training sessions for customers on Analog Devices' products and solutions, as well as presenting at industry seminars.
  • Providing training to Product Lines, Sales, and Applications teams regarding customer system requirements.
  • Operating evaluation systems/boards and offering on-site laboratory support to customers.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to drive technical support initiatives and coordinating with Marketing and Product Lines.
  • Maintaining productive relationships with Product Lines, Marketing, and Application teams, providing regular insights to inform new product development.
  • Delivering consistent updates on opportunities, design wins, and losses.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or postgraduate degree in electronics engineering, ideally an MSEE or PhD.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in analog systems at the board level or previous roles as a Field Application Engineer or similar.
  • Experience in mixed signal and/or power applications/design at the board/system level.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to engage with all levels of management, sales, and engineering.
  • Excellent lab measurement and debugging skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and Danish is essential.
  • Capability to deliver persuasive presentations.
  • Familiarity with Microcontroller and/or DSP programming is advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel regionally (within territory) 25-50% of the time.
