About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ESG reporting lead to join our sustainability team at GlobalConnect A/S. As the interim ESG reporting lead, you will play a key role in advancing our ESG reporting efforts and implementing CSRD reporting based on the DMA we have conducted.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute our sustainability strategy and initiatives to fulfill our ESG reporting commitments, including regulatory and disclosure frameworks like CSRD, CDP, and EU taxonomy.
  • Report on our SBTi progress and our progress in relation to our Sustainability Linked Loan (SLL) agreement.
  • Enhance our ESG reporting processes based on our data-gap analyses and improve documentation and data quality to meet external audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to collect and ensure the high quality and control of data, including collaboration with auditors.
  • Lead ESG reporting efforts, including reporting to SBTi and other relevant stakeholders, and be responsible for planning to ensure alignment with the CSRD, CSDDD, and EU Taxonomy Regulation.
Requirements
  • A relevant master's degree, for example within Business, Sustainability, Economics, Auditing, or Data Management and business proficiency in English and a Scandinavian language.
  • 3-7 years of experience with sustainability and ESG reporting.
  • Strong skills in systematic data work with a high degree of attention to detail and project management.
  • Experience managing larger and complex projects involving stakeholders across large organizations.
  • An outgoing and enthusiastic personality, bringing a positive and ambitious mindset into our team and your work.
