About the Transformation Team


The Future S-bane programme is transforming the existing S-train system into a driverless and automated system, creating a more efficient and sustainable urban environment in Greater Copenhagen.


Your Role


As Project Lead, you will manage a team of 20 specialists with relevant competencies to deliver the CBTC project and ensure coordination between DSB, Banedanmark, and Siemens.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage project delivery activities in close coordination with the FS-programme and other stakeholders.
  • Secure coordination between DSB, Banedanmark, and Siemens.
  • Report to the steering committee governing common activities between DSB and Banedanmark.
  • Act as a link towards Banedanmark for CBTC tasks assigned to DSB.
  • Plan and enable integration of employees transferring from Banedanmark to DSB.
  • Act as an advisor when DSB takes over sector responsibility for operating the CBTC-system.

Requirements



  • Experience leading a large and diverse group of experts.
  • Comprehensive experience with managing technical development projects.
  • Skills to establish a well-functioning partnership with other authorities and external suppliers.
  • Good English skills – both orally and in writing.
  • Experience with rail projects, possibly also CBTC.
