Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process customer orders and resolve any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure seamless order processing and customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Good knowledge of SAP and understanding of the Order-To-Cash process.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience in handling logistics enquiries from customers and 3rd party logistics suppliers.
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • High-minded attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Preferably experience in problem analysis (5XWHY, RCA), problem-solving, and loss analysis.
  • Preferably great communication skills – verbal and written.
  • Fluent in English and one Scandinavian language.
