Your Responsibilities
The role of a Customer Service Specialist at & Other Stories encompasses a variety of duties, all of which come with numerous rewards. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering exceptional customer service to optimize sales on the sales floor, in fitting rooms, and at the cash register.
  • Maintaining awareness of store objectives and sales metrics while being knowledgeable about relevant procedures and guidelines.
  • Actively engaging with merchandise to uphold our high standards consistently.
  • Possessing knowledge about fabrics, garments, and their care.
  • Processing customer transactions efficiently at the cash register.
  • Receiving and managing deliveries.
  • Assisting in the preparation of seasonal sales and promotional campaigns.
  • Adhering to store protocols and policies to support loss prevention and safety measures.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members and providing support to colleagues.

Qualifications
