Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and fluent Norwegian speaker to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and service to our customers via phone and email.
Your primary focus will be on delivering a first-class service experience, ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support and satisfaction. You will be working closely with our management team to continually develop and optimize our project and processes to ensure happy customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional support and service to customers via phone and email
- Develop and optimize project and processes to ensure happy customers
- Perform administrative tasks as required, such as back-office assignments
- Ensure compliance with KPIs in regards to call length, service level, and quality of service
