Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trust and Safety Specialist to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for moderating content and advertisements posted on our platform, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Moderate content and advertisements for adherence to company policies and industry regulations, including content containing violence.
  • Identify and escalate potential risks associated with content and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address identified risks and ensure a safe and appropriate user experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all moderation activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of compliance principles and risk management practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Danish and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in using computers and relevant software.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.

Compensation Package:

  • A competitive salary of 3000 BGN gross per month.
  • Hybrid work arrangement: 3 days WFO, 2 days WFH.
  • Onboarding and training provided - 6 weeks.
  • Opportunity to contribute to a growing and dynamic team.

Work Schedule:

40-hour working week, 2 days off per week, schedule announced 1 month in advance.

Relocation Support:

  • Rental allowance of 300 BGN per month for the duration of the contract.
  • Flight reimbursement of 150 BGN upon arrival.
  • Real estate administration assistance.
