As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in our KaDeWe store.

You will be an ambassador for Ganni, representing our brand values and culture to customers and colleagues alike.

Key responsibilities include ensuring exceptional customer experiences, delivering outstanding styling sessions, establishing loyalty within the community, securing all sales, maintaining visual merchandising guidelines, and managing stock levels.

Requirements**

  1. Background within a similar industry with experience in sales and results-driven environments
  2. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  3. Fluent in English and German
